Welcome to www.isroar.com. These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Roar Cosmetics Limited (‘Roar’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) and govern your use of our website.

2. Products

Roar produces handmade, natural cosmetic products including cold process soaps and deodorants.
All our products are made in small batches, so:

  • colour, weight, and appearance may vary slightly

  • scent strength may vary from batch to batch

  • minor imperfections are normal

This does not affect product quality.

We take care to ensure product descriptions are accurate, but we cannot guarantee that colours display exactly on all screens.

3. Ordering

When you place an order:

  • you confirm that all details provided are accurate

  • you are at least 18 years old

  • you are authorised to use the payment method

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • the product is unavailable

  • there is an error in pricing or description

  • we cannot obtain payment

If this happens, we will notify you and issue a refund where appropriate.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

We accept payments through trusted third parties such as Stripe, PayPal and other payment processors.
We do not store or see your full card details.

5. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only.
Once dispatched, shipping times are outside our control.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details supplied by you, we may charge additional postage to resend it.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are cosmetic in nature, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

7. Allergies & Safety

All ingredients are listed on each product page and packaging.
It is your responsibility to check ingredients before use.

If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or medical conditions, please patch test before use.

Roar Cosmetics Limited accepts no liability for reactions caused by known allergens listed on the product.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs—is owned by or licensed to Roar Cosmetics Limited.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
