Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Roar. All our soaps and deodorants are handmade in small batches here in the UK. This page explains how we ship our products, expected delivery times, and how returns work.

1. Shipping Information

Processing Time

All orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
During busy periods (launches, restocks, holidays), dispatch may take slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.

Delivery Services

We currently ship using:

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class (Standard UK Delivery)

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 (if selected at checkout)

We ship within the UK only at this time.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch

  • Tracked 48: 2 working days after dispatch

  • Tracked 24: 1 working day after dispatch

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to Royal Mail delays, strikes, or seasonal surges.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on weight and delivery method.

Free Shipping

Orders over £36 qualify for free UK delivery.

2. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within:

  • 10 working days (UK Standard Delivery)

please contact us at [your email] with your order number and we’ll look into it.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we may charge a re-delivery fee.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging.

Return Window

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To initiate a return, email us at [your email] with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the unopened product

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Sale items or promotional bundles (unless faulty)

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, but you are welcome to return any unopened product for a refund (within the 14-day return window) and place a new order for the product you want.
